Did you try to use your card and it was rejected? Here are a few common causes.
- If you try to buy something that cost more than you have on your card, it will be rejected. For the purchase to go through, tell the cashier how much is on the card. Tell them before they swipe your card. This will let them take off the balance of your card. You then need to pay the rest with another form of payment.
- If you try to buy an eligible item (for example, contact solution) and a non eligible item (for example, soda), it will be rejected. You need to buy the eligible item (s) using the card. Then buy the other items as there own purchase with another form of payment.
