Earning rewards is easy! Complete one of the eligible healthy behaviors. Then reward dollars are automatically put on your CentAccount card. If it’s your first reward, a card will be mailed to you. Remember, this is not a credit card! When you receive the card, it already has funds on it.

Below is a list of eligible healthy behaviors.

Pregnancy visits – Earn $10 after your 3^rd, 6^th and 10^th prenatal visits ($30 total). Earn another $10 reward after you complete your postpartum visit. You must be enrolled in the Start Smart program. Visit count begins after enrollment. To enroll, fill out a notification of pregnancy form. Or call member services.
