Interpreter services are provided at no cost to Kentucky Spirit Health Plan members during any service or grievance process. This includes sign language. Kentucky Spirit Health Plan can help translate health coverage benefits. Kentucky Spirit Health Plan can also help translate available services. If you need something translated into another language than English, please call Kentucky Spirit Health Plan. We can also provide things in other formats like Braille, CD or large print. 

If you need an interpreter at your medical appointment, contact Kentucky Spirit Health Plan seven days before your appointment. We will arrange for one to be at your appointment.
