E&M Codes Remittance Error

Kentucky Spirit Health Plan has identified an issue with payment for Evaluation & Management (E&M) codes on the remittance advice dated April 6, 2012 and April 13, 2012.

If you received a denial stating the inappropriate code was billed, be assured that Kentucky Spirit has corrected the issue and all appropriate claims will be adjusted without resubmission.

Claim adjustments for these denials will show on your remittance advice within the next 30 days.
